Driftbusters Safety Course

The Aberdeen Driftbusters will be having a free safety course November 18th. 2018. The course will be in Aberdeen at the Pizza Ranch, 1010 6th. Ave. S.E., from 2-5pm. It is open to anyone and club membership is not required. Safety certification is required to ride a snowmobile in many state and those who take the course and pass the test will receive a snowmobile safety certificate from the State Department of Game, Fish and Parks. The course is recommended for anyone new to snowmobiling. Participants must be 12 years old to be certified, but younger children can still take the course to gain experience. Black Hills Club Ride

The Driftbusters Club Ride will leave Dumont Lot at 9:30 am and return in the afternoon in time for riders to attend the supper meal. Groups will be organized prior to 9:30 am according to riding preferences and route determined by each group. All times are local times.

Anyone wishing to ride on Friday with other club members is welcomed to meet at Dumont Lot. Groups will organize and plan routes depending on riding preference before leaving at 9:30 am. All times are local times.

Black Hills Club Supper

Club members are invited to attend a Club Meal at the Creekside Restaurant at Deadwood Gulch Resort. The gathering is scheduled for 5 pm so that members will be able to eat before attending the Sno-Cross in Deadwood. Club members will be able to order off the menu and will be given $20 per person toward your meal. At this time, we will be able to gather for our meal in the meeting room adjacent to the restaurant. Free Snowmobile Saftey Course

The Aberdeen Driftbusters will be having their free snowmobile safety course on Nov. 19th at the Pizza Ranch from 2pm to 5pm.  This free snowmobile safety course is recommended for any snowmobiler young or old.  Everyone 12 yrs and older who completes the course will receive a certificate from the State of So. Dak., as some states are starting to require that every snowmobiler has this certification to ride a snowmobile in their state.  For more information contact Corey Gelling at 605-228-6827.
